MANILA, Philippines - We can’t help but heart the new collection of Melissa footwear under the Vivienne Westwood Anglomania collaboration. The plastic footwear label recently launched these playful high-steppers, an open-toe sandal embellished with a heart, inspired by the Brit designer’s 1987 collection’s centerpiece, the Love jacket.
Two other styles, a peep-toe with the Anglomania pendant in gold decorating the shoe, along with a three-strap pair of flats that put a new spin on the trendy gladiator, will also be hitting Mix at Greenbelt 3.
But the piece de resistance, dubbed the Lady Dragon, comes in several colors. Nude and pastel blue with a red heart and a fetching peach with a black heart. What’s not to love? — Bea Ledesma
