MANILA, Philippines - Michelle Clobes, 18 years old, physical therapy student; Leo Lorenz Tumlos, 19 years old, a 2nd year college student, and Ma. Leonor Valentino, seven years old are not household names yet. Their faces are not familiar but something in their photos allowed them to shine and in the process, impressing a lot of people. The three of them now carry the title as “Tronix Image Model 2009.”
“The Tronix image model is a search for the best male and female faces, which can best represent what a remarkable photo is. Among the thousands of entries that we screened, Michelle and Leo’s photos stood out among the crowd. Now, their faces will be featured in display materials found in all Tronix outlets in malls within Metro Manila and major cities in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao,” said Adelaida Jumarito, operations manager of Innovatronix, Inc.
The winners of the Tronix Image Model 2009 were selected during a rigorous screening from Oct. 2008 to Jan. The winners were awarded last March 17 at the Innovatronix main office.
The Image Model winners received P20,000 cash, a plaque, a Canon Inkjet printer, a Picture-to-Real Oil Painting courtesy of Tronix Imaging Center and gift certificates from the same company. The customers’ choice received P5,000 cash and gift certificates also from Tronix.
