MANILA, Philippines - Sofitel Philippine Plaza has been officially granted the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) certification, strengthening and solidifying the hotel’s ongoing Food Safety Management System. The HACCP is a process control system designed to identify and prevent microbial and other hazards in food production. ‘Sofitel has always been known for its strength in food and beverage.
