On Dec. 3, Anda, Bohol is set to make Philippine triathlon history as Timex launches the “Timex 226 Bohol Triathlon.” Its 226 kilometers of raw power, endurance and sheer iron will unfold once again. This is the longest the country’s ever witnessed, it’s the ultimate test for the premiere triathletes.
The man responsible for bringing this sports event to life is Bike King owner/club president and Ironman finisher, Raul Cuevas. A triathlon and a veteran cycling event organizer, he’s nothing but proud to have found the perfect venue to once again host this rare, historic race — the undiscovered paradise that is Anda, Bohol. Hosting the event is Comngressman Art Yap of Bohol’s third district.
“My vision is to bring back to the Philippines the glory of hosting a full iron-distance triathlon competition. And we are going to make it happen,” says Raul.

And we’re giving the full experience: a mystical journey of the uncharted multi-sport venue’s unspoiled natural wonders and attractions plus the heart-pumping triathlon action. Everyone can have the adventure of a lifetime,” adds Art.
