Guests can now enjoy spending 3 p.m. on a Saturday, Sunday and public holiday in a cozy bay view ambience matched with a buffet of lightly filling snacks and free-flowing coffee or tea at coffee.com.
Guests can start the buffet with vegetable sticks with dipping sauce, followed by salmon croquettes with chili dip and assorted dim sum.
For a little tang, guests can try the seared chicken with mango and pomelo in crispy wrap. Meat lovers can indulge with the café’s open-faced sandwiches with a choice of salami, pepperoni or tuna filling.
The café also provides a series of hot items featuring traditional Filipino favorite afternoon snacks such as pancit bihon (sautéed glass noodles with vegetables) and vegetable lumpia (deep-fried spring roll).
Guests can cap the buffet experience with a sweet confection from a selection of scones, crème brûlée and chocolate boat tart with caramelized orange zest.
