MANILA, Philippines - Margaret Kwok was honored with a despedida luncheon by Fe Rodriguez and Nene Leonor at the Celadon Restaurant in Rockwell. It was an afternoon fillef with fun, laughter and camaraderie among friends amid good, delectable Thai food.
