Cinderella and GMA reach out

MANILA, Philippines - The Yuletide season is a time for giving, Cinderella has found another way to meet its corporate social responsibility by supporting yet another foundation. 

Last Oct. 24, Cinderella Marketing Corporation partnered with GMA Kapuso Foundation (GMAKF) in the “Give-A-Gift: Alay sa Batang Pinoy.” For the project, part of the proceeds of the sale of the 2012 Cinderella planner priced at P298 will be donated to GMA Kapuso Foundation’s “Give-A-Gift: Alay sa Batang Pinoy” program. 

Give a Gift is an annual project where customized Christmas packages are distributed to underprivileged children’s sectors from poor and far-flung areas. Among the sectors served are: children who are malnourished, cancer-stricken and born with congenital defects, children of farmers, fisherfolk and incarcerated mothers, children in indigenous communities and armed conflict areas and children with special needs.

The Cinderella planner is available in all Cinderella, Esprit, Clarks, BritishIndia, PrettyFit, Oshkosh and NafNaf stores.
