MANILA, Philippines - A month before Christmas Day, Robinsons Malls celebrated the much-awaited season of the year with the traditional lighting of its 30-foot bedecked indoor Christmas Tree at the Midtown Wing of Robinsons Place Manila.
The merriment and countdown was led by city officials Mayor Alfredo S. Lim and Vice Mayor Ishko Moreno, together with Robinsons Malls general manager Nilo S. Mapa.
In keeping with the annual tradition, a simple turnover ceremony of The Gift of Change donation coin banks to the residents of the Jaime Cardinal Sin Village was also held during this event.
Celebrities Sam Milby and Toni Gonzaga were also present.
