MANILA, Philippines - Compassion And Responsibility towards Animals (CARA) in partnership with the Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila, invites all canine and feline lovers to celebrate compassion and appreciation for animals with an endless dimsum feast today at 12 noon until 3 p.m. at the hotel’s award-winning Chinese restaurant, Li Li.
The “Yum Cha with CARA” event aims to raise awareness and raise vital funds that will help improve the lives of homeless street animals in the Philippines. Dine with CARA is pricerd at P1,118 per person, inclusive of a dim sum lunch, a dessert buffet and free-flowing iced tea and jasmine tea.
The luncheon will feature a talk by CARA president Nancy Cu Unjieng. Proceeds from the lunch and silent auction will support CARA’s rescued animals, assist in the ongoing cost of the organization’s spay/neuter program in its clinic and mobilize the educational curriculum in local schools and barangays.
