MANILA, Philippines - Anchor Land recently organized five groundbreaking events for luxurious residential developments Monarch Parksuites, Oxford Parksuites and Princeview Parksuites; and commercial facilities One Logistics and One Soler.
Monarch Parksuites is Anchor Land’s second development within Aseana City following the successful turnout of Solemare Parksuites. The development is in the Bay City, in between PAGCOR Entertainment City and the SM Mall of Asia Complex. The development stands on 18,119 square-meters of land and features four impressive towers that showcase Dutch inspired architecture. It has 1,312 spacious and well-planned residential units.
Oxford Parksuites is a learning-centered development that offers spacious homes along the Chinese school belt in bustling Chinatown. Named after Oxford University in England, it helps foster development and learning by providing tutor rooms, a music room, and a library for students.
Princeview Parksuites, patterned after Anchor Land’s maiden project Lee Tower, is also located in Binondo. It offers practical units suitable for young families as well as businessmen who want to live near where their businesses are.
One Logistics in Baclaran will offer office spaces and warehousing facilities to cater to the needs of traders doing business in the popular bargain district. It will be a 12-story building to be constructed on a 1,200 sq. m lot.
One Soler will be built in the Divisoria area, which is one of the country’s oldest commercial and trading centers. The ground floor and second floor will be leased for commercial use to banks, convenience stores and other similar establishments. The upper floors will be dedicated to warehousing facilities that will likewise be leased out to traders in the area.
