MANILA, Philippines - Everything is all set for the construction of Amorsolo Tower of The Beacon, according to Geo Estate Development Corporation president Miriam Katigbak.

“The preparation is in full swing,” said Miriam Katigbak. “Amorsolo is the final phase of the entire project, which is expected to be completed by 2016.”

The Beacon is the maiden project of Geo Estate, a new player in the sector but helmed by seasoned real estate honchos. It encompasses three high-rise structures named after the roads they are fronting. Roces tower was the first building offered to buyers. It’s now ready for occupancy; most of its units were already turned over to its satisfied owners. The Arnaiz Tower is near completion, which is set to start turn over third quarter of 2013.   The Amorsolo Tower comprises the third and last tower of The Beacon. Its groundbreaking marks the start of the final phase of this ambitious project.

The Amorsolo will occupy the spot that will be vacated by the showroom. The current showroom will be transferred to another location.

The 44-story Amorsolo Tower offers a range of studio up to two-bedroom units, including garden, balcony and penthouse units. About 30 percent of the building has been sold.

The Beacon is touted as an aspirational residential resort condominium situated at the center of bustling Makati. The project is coveted for its luxurious amenities. Residents will enjoy the 450-sqm. lap pool with two lap lanes in the center, a landscaped garden, a bi-level fitness center for gym enthusiasts and a 20-seater private theater furnished with state-of-the-art equipment. It also has a kiddie pool and a 300 meter jogging trail.

The Amorsolo Tower features a roof deck where residents can hold Sunday barbeques or small family gatherings. The L-shaped open air decked has an area especially allocated for grilling. Here, guests can sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the cityscape below.
