MANILA, Philippines - Join the grandest runfest of the year and have a great time in the 3K, 5K and 10K race categories. Heat up your soles on the new race route at Newport City. Runners can join the 1K Rat Race by coming in their office attire or most colorful, fiesta-inspired outfits and get the chance to bring home special prizes.
To make this run even more special, prizes will be given to lucky runners. Major prize is a trip for four to Singapore in Resorts World’s private jet. This three-day, two-night trip to Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore comes with complimentary tickets to Universal Studios. Another major prize is a three-day, two-night cruise for two, care of Star Cruises from Singapore to Malaysia and back, complete with accommodations, meals, and access to all onboard entertainment. The winners will get the chance to experience flying via Resorts World Manila private jet. Aside from the major prizes, there will also be special prizes to be raffled off to more lucky runners.
Registration fee is P650 for all categories. Assembly time is 5 a.m. and earliest gunstart is at 6 a.m. for the 10k runners. This run uses the RFID system with timing chip that will automatically send you an SMS and e-mail of your finish time the minute you cross the finish line.
