MANILA, Philippines - Running is probably one of the best physical activities people can do to improve their health. It doesn’t require a particular outfit, no major equipment is needed, and has no age requirements. But there’s one thing that can make running extra fun — the venue.
On April 19, Greenfield City Sta. Rosa, with over 300 hectares of sprawling greens, will pave the way for an exciting outdoor running experience.
The Greenfield City Run will start at the Paseo Commercial Center in Sta. Rosa. The race route will take participants through the expanse of Greenfield City from United Boulevard through Pramana Residential Park and its modern Asian homes, then take the scenic route to Mamplasan via Greenfield Parkway. The Mamplasan area provides a nice contrast of views with the rural backdrop of a few rice fields on one side, and residential communities on the other.
Join the 2K (for kids), 5K, 10K, and 21K run. Bring the whole family for a whole range of after-run activities. Check out the Paseo Weekend Market for fresh food and local delicacies, and The Outdoor Outlet Sale for a full range of shopping.
Registration is ongoing at Nike Park, Fort Bonifacio, Nike Park Outlet, Paseo de Santa Rosa, or visit www.finishline.com.ph.
