Modern high-rise living that puts equal emphasis on elegance, function, and versatility characterizes the sensible spaces offered at The Exchange Regency, Nobleland Ventures’ residential tower.
The possibilities for this 42-story landmark are shown in the model units created by two of the country’s most influential design firms: Lor Calma Design Inc. and Asuncion Berenguer Inc.
“The design firms came up with a minimalist layout that conforms to the modern theme of the tower but softened and made more interesting with the generous use of details, proportions, textures, and colors,” said Nobleland Ventures general manager Jonas O. Senia.
The one-bedroom unit, which is particularly designed for a younger occupant, has bright and airy interiors made more dramatic with the use of cream and brown. Apart from having hanging lamps, the unit has simple, crisp lines and more spacious floor areas that can accommodate mobile lifestyles and small group gatherings. A balance between function and aesthetics is also achieved in the kitchen area which, instead of being partitioned separately, is designed to be a part of the living space.
The two-bedroom unit, which is more attuned to the requirements of start-up couples with two kids, is made with warmer, textural touches. The spacious and well-appointed kitchen area that pleasantly complements the charming dining section is but a fitting tribute to a family that loves to share meals and spend quality time together. For the children’s bedroom, playful streaks of blue, green, and yellow are offered as a cheerful contrast to the predominantly cream scheme, and the furniture pieces are a double-decker and functional sofa beds.
Model units for the one-bedroom loft and combined units reflect the opulent lifestyle of those who want to maximize the advantages of a more livable space. The one-bedroom loft exudes class, height, and modernism through its ample living and dining spaces and at the same time provides more privacy as the second level serves as one’s private space.
Accentuating the residential units’ luxurious living spaces is the meticulous integration of elemental textures. Soft, earth-toned fabrics are chosen as drapery to frame the wide windows and vertically complement the high ceiling.
Also blending with the minimalist look is the ingenious use of clean, sensual lines along with contemporary architectural shapes, abstract curves, and occasional tapestry work. All this, together with feng shui’s principles of proportion, balance and placement of elements and the meaningful utilization of purity of line, prominently showcases The Exchange Regency’s fluidity.
