'Biggest Loser' trainer is newest Toby's Sports ambassador

MANILA, Philippines - Toby’s Sports continues to up the ante with the launch of its new logo, new store look, and renewed energy and capacity to serve sports enthusiasts and hobbyists. The rebranding serves as a move to improve the service and propel Toby’s Sports brand into new heights, showcasing its continuing passion for innovation that has catapulted the company to its leading position for over 30 years.

The newest ambassador of Toby’s Sports, The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition lead trainer Jim Saret, embodies the long experience and expertise of Toby’s Sports in the industry. The sports shop and coach Saret teamed up for the first time to establish awareness of Toby’s new multi-store that caters to each and everyone’s sporting needs.

In the Philippines, Toby’s Sports is the go-to place when it comes to all kinds of sporting needs — tools and equipment at Toby’s Sports, running gear at their specialty shop RUNNR, and urban fashion at Urban Athletics (UA). The new Toby’s Sports Arena, located at Edsa Shangri-La Plaza Mall, is the first of its kind in the country to let customers check out all three stores in one area.

“Toby’s Sports just got better,” says VP for operations Toby Claudio. “New look, new façade means we are getting better. It’s all part of our evolution, our quest to continually improve and innovate to the delight of our customers and promote sports and fitness to Filipinos. Now, anything you need in sports, running, and even street fashion, we got it!”

Jim Saret, whose keen dedication to fitness and health garnered accolades and respect from athletes, fitness gurus, clients and the general public alike, echoes Claudio’s take on the new Toby’s Sports Arena.

“It was great having Toby’s, RUNNR and Urban Athletics all under one roof!” he says. “It has a cool, spacious, and well-organized layout, and very helpful staff. I feel welcome, relaxed and at ease inside.”
