MANILA, Philippines – Asian Hospital and Medical Center recently made Mother’s Day truly special by throwing a surprise dinner treat at The Peninsula Manila for mothers who have made Asian Hospital their hospital of choice whenever they give birth.
“This is our way of extending our gratitude to mothers for making Asian Hospital a part of their lives. This celebration also offers a perfect opportunity to present to these loyal customers of ours the exciting new programs and services we will offer them this year,” says Theo Seiler, chief executive officer of Asian Hospital.
Besides Seiler, also on hand to celebrate with moms on their special day were Asian Hospital marketing director Jun Amistoso, chief medical officer Dr. Juan Rosas, chief nursing officer Esther Romano, and Quality Management Department assistant director Neil Jaymalin.
During the event, Asian Hospital unveiled its expanded loyalty program, which aims to reward loyal patients for taking care of their health by giving them more lifestyle and wellness rewards. The program aims to strengthen Asian Hospital’s commitment to lifestyle medicine by offering a better and healthier lifestyle to its customers. The expanded program will now include free spa packages, special local vacation packages, and invitations to special events that focus on strengthening health and well-being.
“The expanded loyalty program is the best way to give thanks to our customers for entrusting to Asian Hospital their healthcare needs. We’ve now added more value to this loyalty card, where customers can reap rewards via our lifestyle medicine program,” explains Amistoso.
After learning what exciting rewards they could enjoy as loyal customers of Asian Hospital, guests also enjoyed a hearty meal while enjoying the music of balladeer Richard Poon. Poon serenaded the moms with classic hits as he handed each of them a pink rose that made the evening truly romantic and special.
The special dinner treat was indeed unexpected to the invited guests, who have never heard of a hospital giving a treat to moms on Mother’s Day.
For preggy mom Zara Racho, who came with husband Alex, the invitation was a pleasant surprise, and truly a special way to be remembered on their special day. The fact that she’s celebrating it with Asian Hospital was also memorable, as she considers the hospital a part of her family already.
Mother of five Joy Brawner, who was with husband Eric, cited Asian Hospital’s topnotch services. “I gave birth to my two youngest kids here, and the experience was truly incomparable. Besides the excellent service, the staff also makes you feel cared for and safe. They are very reliable and experts in their field.”
