MANILA, Philippines - Dining options abound in the newly opened Century City Mall, the first retail project of premium property developer Century Properties Group, Inc. located within its master-planned development, Century City, on Kalayaan Avenue in Makati City.
Within this new lifestyle center are numerous Asian and Western dining establishments, some of which are opening their first branch in the Philippines.
“We made sure that our dining options are wide and varied to cater to different palates, whether you’re Filipino or a foreigner looking for a good place to eat,” said Century City Mall general manager Graham Coates.
Recent weeks saw the opening of a vast variety of cuisines and offerings such as famous pizza place California Pizza Kitchen, a new Japanese restaurant serving steak, ramen, sushi and more called Yumi, everyone’s favorite Asian fusion restaurant Banana Leaf, and Mexican restaurant Andale by Agave. A new food hall offering with exciting choices, Hole in Wall, is in its soft-opening phase this first week of October.
Pastry shop Mary Grace Ensaymada also recently opened.
Specialty coffee house Toby’s Estate (try the cappuccino or Gibraltar, a unique blend that is off the menu), which has earned the patronage of many coffee lovers in Manila, and famed American burger joint CaliBurger opened their first branches in the Philippines at Century City Mall. The former is at the 3rd Level Cinema Area, serving moviegoers and shoppers, while the latter is on the 4th level, where customers can enjoy a commanding view of the Makati skyline and the fountain show at the al fresco area.
Also serving the movie-going crowds on the 3rd level are favorite staples Taters and ChaTime.
On the 5th Level Mezzanine, meanwhile, one can find the newest bar and musical performance venue, 12 Monkeys. Throngs of people are seen trooping to this music hall and pub nightly as it also offers entertainment courtesy of the country’s top musical acts and progressive Filipino cuisine.

Greek Yogurt offers — what else but authentic, freshly made Greek yogurt with healthy and fun toppings such as fresh fruits and honey.
