Resorts World Manila (RWM) recently opened Victoria Harbour Café, which offers authentic Hong Kong cuisine such as congee bowls, bun and toast combinations, noodle and veggie dishes, rice meal regulars, and an array of dim sum. One of the gems on the menu is char kway teow served two ways: one is topped with beef while the other is prepared Penang-style, which features spicy shrimp and chorizo toppings.
