Dunkin’ Donuts offers six deals that combine classic and premium donuts, Munchkins, sandwiches, and coffee at P199.  The donut combos include either six classic or premium donuts or a little Bunch Munchkins (25 pieces), or a half dozen classic donuts combined with a choice of premium donuts. P136 million in prizes at Resorts World Manila

Saboten opens at BGC

Saboten, one of the largest tonkatsu chains with over 500 shops in Japan as well as other countries such as Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Canada, opens in Manila.  Raintree Restaurants partnered with Saboten to bring traditional tonkatsu (deep-fried pork) to the country. Saboten’s deep-fried breaded pork cutlets are crispy and tender because of the unique breadcrumb coating and pork from high-quality grain-fed pigs.

The Chicken Rice Shop (TCRS) offers its Chicken Lettuce Wrap. Buffalo, New York-style wings at Flaming Wings

Mark and Xandra Pauco’s Flaming Wings offers its Buffalo, New York-style wings as come-on dishes. Prices range from a trio for P147 to 24 pieces for P1,092. Original, mild n’ sweet, and smoky BBQ are for those who just want a little kick in their wings, but for the full-on “flaming wings” experience, try the spicy Caribbean jerk and Oriental Zing. Freshly made bleu cheese, balsamic, mayo, ranch, wasabi mayo, honey mustard, and aioli dips are also available. Flaming Wings’ main courses include Super Stuffed Pork Chop (P190), where two slabs of meat serve as a “sandwich” with a generous stuffing of ham, spinach, and cheese. There’s the Cajun Lime Dory (P180), pan-grilled Cajun-seasoned fish with tomato relish and rice pilaf on the side. Jalapeño pops (P180), deep-fried balls of jalapeño, cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon; and lettuce wrap (P140), a combo of crispy rice noodles, minced chicken, water chestnut, and shiitake mushrooms with an Asian sauce. An assortment of filling pastas and sandwiches are also available. Dessert special is the Wicked Oreo (P85), which is Oreo smothered in batter then deep-fried and served with a giant scoop of ice cream.
