STAR Lifestyle writers feature Pinoy spots in CNN shows

MANILA, Philippines - CNNGo travels to Manila, and the neighboring provinces of Rizal, Cavite and Batangas with three STAR lifestyle writers to discover if it really is more fun in the Philippines.

Chef/author Claude Tayag checks out key food finds at Salcedo Market, and Farmer’s Market Araneta Center. Actor Ping Medina visits the artist community of Cubao X before dinner at mood-altering restaurant Van Gogh Is Bipolar. Magazine publisher/editor Cheryl Tiu has breakfast at popular restaurant destination, Antonio’s in Tagaytay, before going up nearby Taal Volcano in Batangas on horseback.

Also featured is singer Nikki Gil who drives to the art capital of the Philippines, Angono in Rizal for exotic delicacies at Balaw-Balaw, and to one of the city’s known institutions, the Blanco Family Museum.
