Thai master chef Phacharaporn “Tun” Noinak shares the secrets of Thai cooking. Immerse yourself in Thai ingredients, flavors, and stories as chef Tun teaches how to cook these sumptuous authentic Thai dishes in easy steps: yam talay (seafood salad) on June 28; yam som o (regular or vegetarian pomelo salad) and tom yam gung on July 5; and khao phad gung (fried rice with prawn) and larb moo (spicy minced pork salad) on July 12. Enjoy your own cooking with a serving of steamed rice and a round of pandan juice.
Benjarong’s cooking classes will be held at the restaurant’s kitchen. Priced at P1,500 net per session, all students will receive the following courtesy of Benjarong: apron and toque, a copy of chef Tun’s original recipes, a certificate of participation, and a special 10-percent discount on the Dusit Thani Manila Cookbook.
Only a maximum of 12 slots are accepted per session. Advanced reservation and payment are required.
