Yummy, scary treat for Halloween

BAT CUPCAKES

Ingredients:

(Cake)

1 pck. (550g) Maya Decadence Devil’s Food Cake Mix

2 pcs. eggs

1/4 cup oil

1 cup water

(gum paste)

1 tsp.  unflavored gelatin

3 tbsps. water

1 cup powdered sugar (400 grams)

Maya cornstarch for dusting

Food color (black and orange)

Procedure:

Prepare the cake mix (eggs, oil, water) according to package directions for cupcakes. Pour mixture in large muffin pans. Bake for recommended temperature just until set.

 Divide gum paste into two portions. Tint each portion with the black and orange food color. Roll out dough gum paste, cut into round and bat shape using cookie cutter, then put on top of the baked cupcakes.
