MANILA, Philippines – Oceana, the CCA, Manila Restaurant-School offers a six month Fast Track-Pro Chef Program in response to the growing demand of food and culinary enthusiasts, as well as career shifters and professionals who wish to learn more about culinary arts in restaurant operations.
Dr. Veritas Luna, managing director of CCA, Manila, says the program is run in an actual restaurant kitchen environment, providing the learner an opportunity to immediately apply what he/she learned. The program boasts highly competent and seasoned professional chef-instructors from the food and hospitality industry. The contact time is at a minimum of 888 hours of learning: Monday to Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with practicum hours any day from Friday to Sunday.
