Pepper Lunch, the popular DIY (do-it-yourself) franchise from Japan, is now open at the Garden Court of Shangri-La Plaza Mall. The store was designed by MYU Planning & Operators of Japan.
Following the success of its first outlet at the Power Plant Mall in Rockwell, Pepper Lunch Shang offers fun dining favorites such as beef pepper rice, Shimofuri pepper steak, chicken teriyaki, “shake shake” salads, molten milk chocolate cake, and more.
The secret to Pepper Lunch lies in its patented electromagnetic hot plate created by Japanese chef and inventor Kunio Ichinose who owns over 200 Pepper Lunch stores in Japan.
This cast-iron plate is heated up to 260 degrees celsius within one minute and stays hot for about 20 minutes. Guests are served choice cuts of imported beef, chicken, pork, salmon and unagi, with vegetables and rice, which they cook and season according to their preference.
Non meat-eaters can also enjoy Pepper Lunch “shake-shake” salads seasoned with Japanese dressings, and unique desserts to finish off their meal.
Pepper Lunch is a franchise from Suntory F&B International, which has sub-franchises in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
