I want to look professional without losing the "artistic" part of me. However, at only 4’ 11," I’m having a hard time choosing clothes that suit me. By the way, sleeveless clothes are a no-no for me. Funny, I design clothes for people but can’t figure out what to wear. I’m starting to use blush-on, a bit of eye shadow, and lip balm. I want my makeup to be simple and natural. Today’s jeans are a godsend because they can be worn morning, noon, and night. Have a couple of suit jackets made to meet your clients and for formal occasions. Being petite, you must choose your clothes carefully. Use solid colors because if you wear a skirt and blouse, it will cut your figure and you will look even smaller. Small prints and vertical lines also help. Choose clothes that won’t make you look heavy. Try not to use girlish clothes, go for the more serene look.
If you are aiming to lose weight, keep away from fatty foods and sweets. Yoga is fine, but it is not enough.

I have falling hair. Recently, I chanced upon this new shampoo called Lauat, which said it’s an anti-falling hair product. I’ve heard of lauat being mentioned alongside gugo. What other anti-falling hair products can I try? I’ve also heard of kerastase for the prevention of hair loss. Is it effective? – Wigwam
I’m not familiar with lauat. Phyto (available at Essenses) and also Kerastase are excellent shampoos. Also, try Minoxidil sold by dermatologists and at Mercury Drugstore. – Tingting
