MANILA, Philippines - Diamond Hotel recently teamed up with Lagarde Wines to host a seven-course prix fixe dinner, held at its Japanese restaurant Yurakuen. Pairing authentic Japanese cuisine with selected premium wines from Argentina, the well-attended event was for the benefit of the dance scholars of Ballet Philippines, headed by Margie-Moran Floirendo.
