MANILA, Philippines - Israeli Ambassador Menashe Bar On and Madame Eti Bar On hosted a dinner for Argentine Ambassador Joaquin Otero and his spouse, Madame Martha Otero as they concluded their wonderful tour of duty in the Philippines last June. Ambassador and Madame Otero were good friends with their colleagues of the diplomatic corps and the Philippine society.
