Empowering farmers: Go Negosyo successfully hosted its 17th rollout of Mentor Me On Wheels at SM City Dasmariñas last May 24, attended by more than 800 mentees. The special leg on Agripreneurship was made possible through partnership with the Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Training Institute Region 4A and the Department of Trade and Industry. We have been mentoring aspiring and existing micro and small entrepreneurs for almost 15 years now. Since 2005, Go Negosyo, together with its partners in the advocacy, has reached out to different areas of the country to help empower Filipinos and encourage them to pursue their business ideas.

Last May 24, we had one of the biggest rollouts of the Mentor Me On Wheels (MMOW) program in SM Dasmariñas, Cavite. Together with our mentors, we have catered to more than 800 mentees from different areas in Region 4A. This run of MMOW, which is focused on agriculture and mentorship, was organized in partnership with the Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Training Center, and the Department of Trade and Industry.

This MMOW was also attended by many entrepreneur-mentors who are also in the agriculture sector including Sen. Miguel Zubiri; Usec. Ariel Cayanan (Department of Agriculture); Rosalind Wee (W Group); Henry Lim Bon Liong (SL Agritech); Winston Uy (Universal Leaf); Marites Cosico (DA Regin 4A - ATI); Arnel De Mesa (DA Region 4A); Ruth Novales (Nestlé); Toto Barcelona (Harbest Agribusiness); Josie Costales (Costales Nature Farms); and 90 more mentors.
