Go Negosyo to hold 7th Filipina Entrepreneurship Summit


MANILA, Philippines – In celebration of the International Women’s Month this coming March, Philippine Center for Entrepreneurship - Go Negosyo will be holding its 7th Filipina Entrepreneurship Summit on March 6, 2015 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.

#FES7 is a one-day activity centered on reinforcing the entrepreneurial spirit of the Filipina by equipping them with a positive mindset, as well as the tools and concepts necessary for them to pursue the path towards success. It shall continue the annual tradition of recognizing women and their capacity to be catalysts of change and progress.

The summit will also cover different entrepreneurship topics in the form of keynote speeches and plenary forum, as well as individual mentoring sessions featuring prominent female personalities, expert entrepreneurs and consultants including Sen. Cynthia Villar, Sen. Loren Legarda, Cong. Leni Robredo, queen of all media Kris Aquino, broadcast journalist Karen Davila, celebrity entrepreneur Bettina Carlos (Baked Bites) and together with female entrepreneurs like Tessie Sy-Coson (SM Prime Holdings), Myrna Yao (Richprime Global), Amor Maclang (Geiser Maclang), Rebecca Bustamante (Chalre Associates), Rosalind Wee (W Group of Companies), Alice Eduardo (Sta. Elena Construction and Development Corp.), Yati Abdullah (DHL Philippines), Marife Zamora (Convergys) and many others.

In addition, Go Negosyo will be awarding the latest batch of outstanding and inspiring women entrepreneurs with the Go Negosyo’s Inspiring Filipina Entrepreneurs 2015 award. This award is given to Filipina entrepreneurs who have the capacity to be catalysts of change and progress.

An official list of awardees will be released before the summit.

As a part of the celebration of Go Negosyo’s 10th year anniversary, this Summit follows the overwhelming success of other Go Negosyo sectoral summits over the years.
