Stratworks wins six Quill awards, including Top Division Award

MANILA, Philippines - Stratworks, one of the country’s leading independent marketing communications agencies, was once again the most awarded agency in the recent 11th Philippine Quill Awards presented by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), bagging a total of six trophies, including the Top Division Award, the highest honor given to division winners. Stratworks also garnered two Awards of Excellence, two Awards of Merit and a Finalist Award for communications programs and tools done in partnership with its clients Unilever Philippines, Cebu Pacific and Duty Free Philippines.

The End of the World Survival Kit by Stratworks and Unilever Philippines was proclaimed the overall grand winner for the Communications Creative Division with the Top Division Award, besting all winning entries under the division. The Axe End of the World Survival Kit also received an Award of Excellence for creatively bringing to life the campaign message through a cheeky direct-mailer that contained tools for a pleasurable survival.

Stratworks garnered two awards for other communications campaigns with Unilever Philippines, including an Award of Excellence for its Axe Anarchy PR campaign, an aggressive multi-platform campaign that leveraged social media dominance to launch its latest fragrance.  The Axe End of the World communications campaign also received an Award of Merit for successfully reaching its target audience through conversation-engaging media channels.

IABC also recognized the agency with an Award of Merit for its Media Backpacker Challenge done for Cebu Pacific, an innovative race around Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, that allowed the media to experience the fun of budget travel, and a Finalist Award for its Paskong Pinoy sa Duty Free marketing communications campaign that elevated the joy of Christmas homecoming for overseas Filipino workers.

Stratworks continues to hold the distinction of being one of the most awarded marketing communications agencies year after year, garnering a total of 57 awards from the IABC, the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) and the University of the Asia and the Pacific in just six years.
