With boldness and confidence, Mark Bernard Dy applies himself to what he is good at. Preparing delicious dishes and desserts is his idea of having a feast. From washing dishes to serving, Mark, 30, puts to work his zeal as an entrepreneur. We are inundated with lies. Look at Iraq, it has now become the capital of vibrant colors and sounds.

Oprah Winfrey. I think that God uses her as a tool in making a difference in the lives of people. Her benevolence is worthy of emulation.

Ingenuity. It’s the most important ingredient in the kitchen.

It is said that man’s greatest fear is rejection. Fear is an acronym for False Expectations Appearing Real.

Would want to live in Europe. I’m too Mark for all the helter-skelter and the muggy weather of Manila.
