MANILA, Philippines - Globe Telecom launched its Confluence exhibit last September 18, featuring works of art from three women.

The exhibit features the works of three women with three different types of art -  Lanelle Abueva-Fernando's Pottery, Lisa de Leon-Zayco's mosaic and Suzette Bernardo-Montelibano's photography.

Robert Montelibano, the gallery's curator, explained that it was his wife Suzette's idea to make a gallery out of the extra space in the Globe Tower's basement. The Confluence exhibit is the fourth one that would be featured in the Globe Art Gallery.

Globe celebrated its first anniversary in its new headquarters in Bonifacio Global City last September 17, said Globe Chief Executive Officer and President Ernest Cu during his welcome remarks. September 17 or 0917 is also significant for Globe since it is one of the telecommunication company's number prefixes.
