Perry Sevidal Ballet holds summer workshop

The culminating activity of the Perry Sevidal Ballet workshop is an annual recital titled “PSBXX: The Emerald Recital” on June 3 at the CCP.

MANILA, Philippines -  Perry Sevidal Ballet (PSB) school will hold its summer intensive workshop from March 31 to June 2. The classes offered are ballet for all levels, hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, Pilates and karate. The school focuses on quality dance education in a friendly and creative environment. The culminating activity is an annual recital titled “PSBXX: The Emerald Recital” which will be held on June 3 at the Cultural Center of the Philippines.

Sevidal is the former rehearsal mistress and member of Ballet Philippines (BP). The guest choreographers include Brando Miranda, former BP principal dancer of Ballet Philippines and New Zealand Ballet; Osias Barroso, associate artistic director of Ballet Manila (BM); Gerardo Francisco, BM principal dancer; Denisa Reyes, former BP artistic director; Judell Sicam, former BP principal dancer; Marissa Aboitiz, former associate artistic director of Manila Metropolis Ballet; and Francis Jaena, BM artist.
