MANILA, Philippines - Concert artist, composer and the author of a new method of teaching flamenco guitar, Óscar Herrero will give a master class on flamenco guitar on Oct. 19, 10 a.m., at Instituto Cervantes.
Herrero has received numerous awards — among them from Bordon Minero and Premio Nacional de Guitarra Flamenca en Jerez de la Frontera (Cadiz).
