MANILA, Philippines - Janos dela Cruz, Jordan Mendoza, Jason Tablante, and Igan D’Bayan mount “Hunyo 12,” which opens on June 12, 6 p.m., at The Crucible Gallery, fourth floor, SM Megamall A, Mandaluyong City.
The show is on view until June 28.
The four artists tweak the imagery of the Philippine flag in presenting their own takes on freedom and independence, iconography and iconoclasm, the history of the republic, and the state of the nation.
