MANILA, Philippines - Beauty isn’t only seen, it is felt.
Proving the beauty is more than just skin deep, Bioessence has recently conducted two outreach programs benefitting causes that are dear to its heart.
Known as one of the country’s leading beauty and wellness centers, Bioessence has steadily grown throughout the years with a list of branches that offers a great range of beautifying services that also do wonders for one’s well-being. Now that it’s turning 17 years in the industry, the beauty center is more than happy to be able to take part in efforts that benefit the common good – particularly, foundations that look after the well-being of less fortunate children.
Supporting CRIBS Foundation
Proving that it is much more than just a beauty and wellness center, Bioessence recently took part in an outreach activity benefitting the children of CRIBS Foundation. A haven for abandoned children, CRIBS Foundation aims to provide optimum care for neglected children, especially babies. With the aid of good-hearted individuals and organizations, it also provides counseling for abused young girls and tries its best to find a better home for abandoned children through adoption and foster care.
Last Jan. 27, Bioessence was happy to present CRIBS Foundation a donation that will hopefully help its operations. The donation was part of the proceeds from Bioessence’s Weekend Skincare Bazaar, which was held at the Bioessence LPL Makati branch.
After paying a visit to CRIBS Foundation, top management from Bioessence also participated in the JCI Feeding Program that was held on Feb. 19 at UP Diliman. Spearheaded by Ronald Guerrero, the company donated food that was to be distributed during the event. JCI or the Joshua Care International Food and Nutrition program hopes to alleviate the plight of less fortunate families, most especially the children, when it comes to having nutritionally-balanced meals. Through support from individuals and companies like Bioessence, JCI is able to provide much-needed nutritional food for the less-fortunate on a more regular basis.
