A beauty haven rises at Greenbelt

“Beauty… is the shadow of God on the universe.”  Gabriela Mistral

The doyenne of beauty, world-class dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon Dr. Vicki Belo of the multi-awarded Belo Medical Group, continues to soar to greater heights this year. After successfully launching seven clinics in Manila and one in Cebu, Vicki, together with lovely daughter, Belo Essentials managing director Cristalle Belo Henares, formally opened Belo’s newest and most sophisticated beauty haven at the ground floor of Greenbelt Residences in Makati.

Leading the ceremonial ribbon-cutting was special guest Dutch model Yolanda Hadid, fiancé of world-renowned songwriter and musician David Foster, who was especially flown in to Manila for the event. The statuesque beauty cut the ceremonial ribbon alongside Vicki and mom Nena Belo together with Makati City administrator Marjorie De Veyra, who represented Mayor Jun-Jun Binay.

Good-looking special guests — from the gorgeous stable of Belo celebrity endorsers to the distinguished personalities form the high society — were warmly welcomed to the new clinic, which boasts of stylish and chic interiors done by interior designing duo, sisters Ivy and Cynthia Almario. The fantastic party had everyone enjoying the upbeat music of French artist Moise and the fun photo-booth set up by Blow-Up Babies, owned by Vicki’s director-son Quark Henares. The revelry also had guests marveling at the clinic’s beautifully-decorated façade, which was transformed into a majestic floral sanctuary through the captivating blooms and the gigantic, pink Belo floral logo designed by florist Robert Blancaflor.

What a spectacular event, indeed! Congratulations, Vicki for making the Philippines the beauty capital of Asia!
