Elegance arises in Manila

"The landscape belongs to the man who looks at it."– Henry David Thoreau

CrownAsia, the country’s largest homebuilder and creator of many of the best residential projects in the Philippines today, recently launched its latest high-rise project in the education neighborhood of Manila – the innovative Crown Tower University Belt. CrownAsia division head Red Rosales and consultant Roberto Caballero headed the celebration as the scale model of the building was unveiled. Guests of honor MGS Corp. president Mars Mendoza, Recio + Casas’ architects Bong Recio and Meloy Casas, Magister Suites VP Cristina Evangelista and New Kanlaon VP Boyet Evangelista led the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Guests were thoroughly impressed with the elegant facade, complete with an impressive model unit, a sleek mini-bar and even a classy fountain at the center of the plaza! After some sumptuous evening cocktails and fine wines, spectacular fireworks exploded in the night sky, heralding the coming of the best high-rise residential structure in the premier learning community of Manila. Another outstanding real estate project from hardworking visionary CrownAsia president Jerry Navarette!

This week, your columnist recommends Wyndham Estate Bin 888 Cabernet Merlot, a mid to deep crimson-colored wine with vibrant hues. Fresh blackberry and plum spice complexed with subtle vanilla oak form the bouquet. Red berries and black cherry with nuances of mint, the tight Cabernet Sauvignon tannins are blended with ripe fleshy plum from Merlot. Best with lamb, beef and a variety of red meat dishes.
