SMART Infinity, the countrys premium cellular service, recently hosted an exclusive cocktails-and-dinner affair. Dusit Hotel Nikko, one of the classiest hotels in the metro, was the venue of the affair in two of its elegant restaurants, the distinctive Fiesta San Miguel and the fit-for-royalty Benjarong Royal Thai Restaurant.
The occasion was held to celebrate the best that life has to offer, such as the new SMART Infinity Plan made for discerning customers. This distinctive plan that gives exceptional value comes with first-rate features such as VIP Customer Service, premium phone packages, exclusive privileges, invitations to SMART Infinity events, customized value-added services and special rate plans. The exclusive 888 number series, ideal for the guests who attended the affair, was introduced during the evening. In the spotlight was the Sony Ericsson P900 which has useful features that make it perfect for the SMART Infinity Plan. Dapper gentlemen and business bigwigs, SMART CEO Napoleon Nazareno and Sony Ericsson GM Dennis Manzano, were on hand for their special event.
SMART Personal Communications Mobile Services Division head Boy Martirez, Corporate Business Group head Julie Carceller, Postpaid Marketing head Jon-Jon San Agustin and Infinity product manager Tom Valderrama, and the SMART team, graciously welcomed the guests.
Cocktails were held inside the only bar where freshly brewed San Miguel Beer is served, Fiesta San Miguel. The hors doeuvres were delightfully tasty, but it was the freshly brewed San Miguel Beer straight from Fiesta San Miguels microbrewery on the premises that drew raves from the guests.
Guests then proceeded to Dusit Hotels Benjarong Royal Thai Restaurant for the anticipated dinner. The restaurant was vividly decorated in flowers of all hues, courtesy of Ayala Alabangs Village Blooms. Benjarong lived up to expectations; the mouth-watering food served was fit for a king. Some of the favorites were the Tom Yum Gang or Thai Hot Prawn Soup and the Pla Kapong Jean Nam Makham, or Fried Seabass in Tamrind Sauce.
The guest list of social register names made the event special. Among those present were CCA Philippines president Arthur Lopez; former Finance Secretary Lito Camacho and his charming wife, Sothebys big boss Kim; and HSBC president Warner Manning and his alabaster-skinned English rose, wife Julie; among others.
The affair lasted well into the night as everyone exchanged pleasantries and conversations.
Congratulations to Dusit Hotel Nikko for hosting a hugely successful event!
Keep up the good work!
