- Joyce Jillson -
The Aquarius moon and Gemini sun make this a truly inspiring day. More things seem possible, so variety naturally becomes part of life. Aquarius lunar energy buzzes through our minds, waking up dreams about the future. A friendly sharing of information is made easier, too, now that Mercury is direct.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)
. Stay calm, cool and collected. Change your temper using a trick: Acknowledge just the facts, include your emotions on the matter (rather than denying them), and find the good in the situation.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20).
Find a way to highlight the unique element of your contribution. A bad way to get through the morning’s events is to set up a comparison that makes you feel weak. Your worth has nothing to do with the worth of others.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21).
Learn where the money comes from, and you’ll have a different point of view about the job you are doing. This could help you cut some of the "fat" from your schedule, meaning activities that don’t go right to the bottom line.

CANCER (June 22-July 22).
It’s safe to assume that no one else is going to care about your business as much as you – and that includes someone you’ve hired to make sure the job is done correctly. Take an ounce of prevention.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22).
While some find it appropriate to meet their deadlines, you’d rather impress by being early. That’s why you’ll be chosen to do a job others wish they could have. Comfort is what you want from domestic life tonight – loved ones oblige.

TODAY'S BIRTHDAY (May 22).
Start this lucky year by pursuing some promising new ideas. You get a major undertaking off the ground in July after a few minor setbacks this month and next. Bosses approve of your efforts, offering you tantalizing incentives in September and December. Romance is more than sweet around the holidays and likely involves a Pisces or a Leo. Your lucky numbers are: 3, 9, 20, 53 and 16.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22).
What’s required of you today is specific and perhaps even a little restricting. If you can find freedom within the rules, you’ll be the star. If you don’t know the guidelines, then ask. Guessing could have disastrous results.

LIBRA (Sept.23-Oct.23).
Your ability to give and execute direction will be praised. Build on this. Present your qualifications in a confident manner. Self-depreciation is out of place. A star sighting could be part of the evening’s excitement.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21).
Your renegade spirit is nothing but sexy. Expect followers. Remember, it’s more impressive to listen to others, really take in what they say and make them feel important than it is to talk about yourself and your experiences.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21).
Do research, and take other steps to make your next presentation a winner. Tonight’s dates go down with a delicious element of conflict, along the lines of an old Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn film.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19).
The more energy you put out, the more you have. Financial problems can be avoided if you are willing to be fearless, deliberate and determined. That means calling up Mr. Bill Collector instead of avoiding his call.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18).
Adapting to the new way things are done is the theme, and it comes up in both your personal and your professional life. You’ll probably need training in order to execute the tasks of the day.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20).
Timing is crucial in pitching your ideas successfully. You may have the quintessential plan, but if your colleagues aren’t ready for a change or don’t see the necessity, you’ll be preaching in vain.

ASTROLOGICAL QUESTIONS:
"When a friend did my chart recently, I found out that I have my moon in Pisces. She said that was probably why I’m having a lot of emotional problems connecting with my boyfriend, who is a Gemini. Do you think that my moon could have something to do with it?"

The moon represents your emotional life and secret aspirations, and the danger of having your moon in Pisces is that you often have really deep feelings that you keep very hidden (especially when they’re of a romantic nature). To top it all off, you often take away impressions of events that are not actually accurate, and the void you feel between the two of you is not really there. You and your Gemini man are having problems because he doesn’t know that you truly desire to be with him exclusively. His moon in Capricorn makes him emotionally complex and not just a little afraid of being left. Once he feels comfortable and committed in the relationship, he will prove to be endlessly loyal and loving. Shout it from the rooftops! Make a banner! Tell him you love him in any way you can! Once you do, I promise that yours will be a very happy union.

CELEBRITY PROFILES:
Stevie Nicks teamed up again earlier this year with Fleetwood Mac to produce the new hit "Peacemaker." Nicks, however, will be anything but peaceful in her personal life this summer when Mars activates Gemini women to make an important stands. Nicks could use her charm to become a family diplomat negotiating the wills of strong personalities. Even the survivor, Nicks rises to the top.
