Horoscope

February 22, 2002

-
In the morning, the moon returns to its native Cancer, stirring up all kinds of nostalgia and other such emotions. Combined with the Pisces moon, this can be a rather swift ride through the land of feelings. Imaginary things may seem real, so remind yourself that life can be very much like a dream. You’re in control of your emotions, whether you realize it or not.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)
. Others will eventually come around to your way of thinking, but for now, you’ll have to stand alone. The magic of romance requires you to trade your cynicism for a little hope. An old friend reminds you of the good old times.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)
. So many changes in the morning will make you want to go back to bed and start all over again. It’s hard to be flexible, but try anyway. Doing nothing is better than making an effort to stop the inevitable. Progress will do you a lot of good.

GEMINI (May 21-June 21)
. Pretty things have such appeal you could find yourself spending much more money than you planned. When in doubt, put things on hold. You’ll run into extraordinary bargains today, so take advantage of them one way or another.

CANCER (June 22-July 22).
Looking around for answers is silly. What you need to know will be revealed. Don’t even waste your time trying to figure out the mundane details. Savvy friends will be the source of all your fun tonight. They’ll entertain you to no end.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)
. Luck in a competition or contest is featured this afternoon, especially when you let a Taurus coach you. A new hobby will take time away from family, so be sure to make it up to anyone who could be hurt by your lack of attention.

TODAY’S BIRTHDAY (February 22)
. This is a year when you’ll be forceful and dynamic when it comes to getting what you want. You may even be somewhat hot-tempered in March, which could make big waves on the job. Try to direct this energy toward helping your entire team. Brilliant plans are featured in May that may lead straight to love. The money you need will come before June 16. Your lucky numbers are: 3, 11, 5, 39 and 32.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
. Redecorating your living space is one way you can make the most of your terrific energy today. Your new environment can get you out of an old thinking pattern that got you nowhere. Romance involves staying on your toes tonight.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 23)
. If you blink, you’ll miss out on the appreciation the boss shows this afternoon. You’ll concentrate on your physical appearance this evening – maybe a bit more than you should. You’re confident when you look good, so take your time.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24-Nov. 21)
. What hasn’t been tested yet will be your pleasure to try out first. You’ll be telling everyone this story later. Being adventurous is not only fun, but someone near will find you irresistibly sexy, too. Wink, flirt, but be careful. Don’t play with fire.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21).
Your social life will improve when you make excellent health your top priority. Look for shortcuts, and align yourself with benevolent forces. If you give your best to your sweetheart tonight, you’ll feel fantastic.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
. By going that extra mile for others, you’ll make your own life more abundant. Cultivate creative talents; coax yourself into accepting a formidable task. A little coaching bumps your performance to the next level, but only if you’re receptive.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
. If you believe that life should always be exciting, you won’t be disappointed. Something is telling you to take a romantic step forward. There are many ways for love to grow, so don’t make hasty decisions this evening.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20).
It’s another day when competition, no matter if you’re winning or losing, makes you thrive. Take rumors, casual remarks and jokes seriously – you can piece together the truth and have the advantage over those who won’t face it.

VALENTINES OF 2002 FOR AQUARIUS:
You’ll be in a romantic mood through spring if you’re single. You’re bound to hook up with more than your fair share of interested parties. It’s hard to decide exactly what kind of love is best for you. Couples find they’re learning more about each other just when they thought they knew it all. Stay curious, and your love life will flourish all year. A Virgo from the past could re-enter your romantic zone, but you can expect this to be a replay of your past relationship. You and Libra make an unbeatable pair. In business, a Scorpio can help you get ahead by providing you with a different perspective – one that won’t work quite as well in your personal life. Cancer’s pace is a bit slower than yours. You’ll find that Sagittarius walks at your pace. Flirting with a Leo is some of the best fun you’ll have, but where is this going? A Gemini is a great friend and confidante. Pisces listens when you need it most and provide you with the tenderness that’s missing in your life. Capricorn pushes your buttons, but not as much as another Aquarius would. Aries wants you to do your very best. Taurus is a good passionate match.

COUPLE OF THE WEEKEND:
Leo and Pisces have strong feelings for each other. Their relationship often moves quickly toward marriage because of the deeply profound feelings they stir up together. However, it’s often a case where both sides give more than they have to keep the other happy – ultimately leading to feelings of resentment. For these two to keep the passion burning, restraint must become the base of the relationship.
