There really is no one "best" paramount of the zodiac, although Scorpio, which rules the reproductive system, is often given the title. Physical attraction to the opposite sex, as well as a person’s sex drive, is associated with the planet Mars. Mars rules our aggressive tendencies and our ambitions as well as our physical needs.
