A monsoon trough prevails across southern Luzon and the Visayas.

Mindoro, Palawan and western Visayas will have monsoon rains, which may trigger flash floods and landslides in Mindoro and Palawan.

The rest of southern Luzon and the Visayas will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers or thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Coastal waters in southern Luzon and the Visayas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.

Temperature forecasts: Metro Manila, 24-32 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 16-24; Tagaytay City, 21-29; Subic and Clark zone, 24-31; Metro Cebu, 26-32; Metro Davao, 25-32; and Cagayan de Oro, 25-32.

Tidal predictions in Manila Bay: high tide at 10:15 a.m. at 1.25 meters; low tide at 7:08 p.m. at 0.15 meter. Sunrise is at 5:26 a.m.; sunset at 6:24 p.m.
