The northeast monsoon affects Luzon, while the tail-end of a cold front prevails over the Visayas and Mindanao.

The Visayas, Mindanao and Bicol region will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers, becoming widespread rains over the eastern section of the Visayas and the western section of Mindanao.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers.

Coastal waters in northern Luzon will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate.
