At 2 p.m. yesterday, a shallow low pressure was estimated based on satellite and surface data over southern Mindanao. Wind convergence is affecting the Bicol region and eastern Visayas.
Bicol region and eastern Visayas and southern Mindanao will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers. Western Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast and east will prevail over Luzon and eastern Visayas with moderate to rough seas.
Elsewhere, light to moderate winds blowing from the northeast and east will prevail with slight to moderate seas.
Temperature forecasts: Metro Manila, 22-32 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 11-25; Tagaytay City, 20-30; Subic and Clark zone, 22-31; Metro Cebu, 24-31; Metro Davao, 24-31; and Cagayan de Oro, 21-28.
