At 2 p.m., tropical storm “Igme” was estimated at 920 kms northeast of Aparri, Cagayan with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is moving west-northwest at 11 kph.

A moderate to occasionally strong southwesterly surface windflow prevails over Luzon and the western sections of the Visayas and Mindanao.

Central and Southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Coastal waters in Luzon and the western sections of the Visayas and Mindanao will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.
