At 2 p.m. yesterday, a low pressure area was estimated in the vicinity of the western coast of Palawan. The tail-end of a cold front prevails over Luzon.

Luzon and Palawan will be cloudy with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms, becoming widespread rains over Eastern Luzon.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Coastal waters in Northern and Eastern Luzon will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate.
