At 2 p.m. yesterday, a low pressure area was estimated at 950 kms east of Northern Luzon. The tail-end of a cold front prevails over extreme Northern Luzon.

Northern and Eastern Luzon and the Visayas will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Coastal waters in Northern and Eastern Luzon will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate.
