The southwest monsoon affects Northern and Central Luzon.

Northwestern Luzon will have occasional monsoon rains, while the rest of Northern and Central Luzon will have mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Coastal waters in Northern and Central Luzon will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, seas will be slight to moderate, except during thunderstorms.
