A low pressure area was estimated at 150 kms west-southwest of Puerto Princesa, Palawan at 2 p.m. yesterday. The diffused tail-end of a cold front prevails over Eastern Luzon.
Eastern and Southern Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms, becoming widespread rains over Palawan.
The rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers.
Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
